    I worked at CROSSMARK part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    The pay is better than other entry level positions and is very easy work.

    Cons

    Management and corporate treats you like disposable items and the scum between their toes. Management is trained to be on their high horses and turn their nose down on you. Their demands are highly unrealistic... you never know when you may be scheduled until the day before, so they expect you to not have any external commitments. Ever. They are very strict about any days requested off. This place is honestly not worth the headache. At all. You are held to very strict guidelines and management has free reign to do whatever they want. You will never become full time because Crossmark has found a way to save money by making virtually all employees part time only..

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Appreciate your employees! Offer raises, acknowledge those performing above sales goals, and promote the correct people! There is some very faulty and disrespectful management who do not have to answer to anyone above them because complaints from the part time employees are easily dismissed because they can be easily replaced. Management definitely abuses their power.
