    Getting to cook some yummy food for appreciative customers. Some flexibility to work hours. Off on most holidays.


    Schedule was never set in stone. You may find out you're working a couple hours you're suppose to be there. The opposite is true as well, you may be prepared to work only to find that event had been canceled last minute.
    Rude, greedy customers. Some of the customers think a demo person is a short order cook. They will come up to your cart and place and order rather then grab one of the samples available. They let their children run around the store like a pack of wolves, devouring everything in site.

    Advice to Management

    Try your best to give your employees ample notice of schedule changes. Some people have lives that cannot not be lived spontaneously.
