Greatest pleasure is helping new pet parents get started on the right foot by providing consultative advice and experiences.
Not enough useful, product information. No feedback after we provide HQ with important competitive, store or product issues. I receive more emails about special employee incentives for travel, computer offerings, cars, etc. than I do for useful, continuous learning information.
Advice to Management
Rethink IT infrastructure. Every time I log into email I receive at least 2-4 IT Alert messages/system problems. System configurations, sign-in, change password all need to be simplified for end-user. SalesTrak is very slow and not reliable. Help the NCs by keeping us informed about coming changes in Hill's products so we can be of greater, more knowledgeable help to store management and customer. We're the face of the product and the company. When we can provide value to the store and the customer, the company is successful.
