Current Employee - Class A Driver in Cedar Rapids, IA

I have been working at CRST Expedited full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Can't think of anything positive to say about this company or their training. Stay away from this company. Shoot yourself rather then work for them.

    Cons

They lied to you right up front as far as what you will make working conditions equipment training etc. everything involved is nothing but a lie in a con. To enslave you on the road working for them all while living like an animal with some other poor slob co driver that got sucked into the same 8 month contract that you did.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to treat your drivers and people in your employment with some level of respect. Live up to the promises you make when you recruit the people. And pay a fair wage to your drivers so they're not living at a starvation situation on the road. So happy to be away from your company now and actually making a living and having some enjoyment in life.
