    Negative Outlook

Training-good overview of clinical research in general.

Small family owned company with poor communication and little chance for growth. Asked staff for feedback to improve things but did not make ANY changes but instead blamed individuals and would not accept responsibility. Unrealistic expectations of employees and very negative with performance feedback. Salary and commission was not what was promised-very low compared to industry standards. Culture very good old boys club, not friendly and encouraging. Extremely high turn over each year. No recognition.

    Advice to Management

Look at why you cannot keep anyone past a year. Realize that it's more expensive to keep losing employees rather than make the ones you have happy enough to stay around.
