    I have been working at CSG full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Opportunity, community sense, not just about the customers, optimism, not just a call center, growth is everywhere, better than any call center

    Cons

    No structure, needs to work on training a lot on representatives on management and middle management, needs more structure badly

    Advice to Management

    All managment needs to be worked on, from the team leads and up. We need more structure in place and better rules for new comers and reps that have been working there for years. We need better pay and benefits especially for the people that have been with us for years.
