Underutilized employee with a Masters in Education. Company sabotages their own success.

    I worked at CTB/McGraw-Hill, LLC full-time

Writing educational content and influencing knowledge. Received job offer that was an appropriately-matched position to my education, experience and skills.

Supervisor sabotaged job offer. Placed with co-workers = no college degree. Supervisor = bachelor's degree. Meetings = career destroying gossip.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The purpose of this company is gratifying. The work is rewarding. The miserable employees cause great harm and set you up for lawsuits. Stop hiring your friends. Stop encouraging career-destroying, false gossip that still, to this day, interferes with my career and my relationship with CTB/McGraw Hill. Weekly staff meetings were 45 minutes of immature nonsense.
