    I have been working at CTS (Computer Technology Solutions) full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    I really like our company, especially the culture and people I work with.
    We also have a great relationship with our clients.
    Reward those in the company for the long haul.
    Many opportunities to move up with our expansion
    Promotion requirements are made clear
    Do not expect/want to work more than ~45 hours a week on a regular basis

    Cons

    Promotion requirements can be difficult to obtain when on a project.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Fix promotion requirements to reward people on projects as opposed to being on the bench.
