I worked at CTS International as a contractor

    Pros

Were able to get me an interview.

    Cons

NEVER dealt with such rude professionals in my life. Offered me a contact person that has NO idea what she is doing or how to communicate in a business environment, Everyone I had contact with is incredibly rude and made me feel they are doing me a favor, to assist me in any way.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide professionals that are educated in this business. Provide professionals that are respectful, friendly and helpful, I had to ask for information to be sent to me, that any other contracting company have sent me automatically once I accepted the job offer.

I have never experienced rudeness on phone and email from a contracting company, on this level in my entire career.
