    Pros

Never bring your work home. CUNA Mutual will pay for your license in a 50 states. After one year, you can attempt moving around in a large company.

    Cons

Call center environment. High turnover department. Poor base salary ($24,000). Incentives contradict the "member experience," or what is best for the customer. Every minute of your day, besides lunch, is scheduled. If your break goes over 10 minutes you'll need to submit a schedule change. Workforce management and the management on the floor asks you to keep them accountable, but only after a rah-rah session.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your sales reps are busy all day, don't leave it up to them to make suggestions. Schedule time to the side and ask them what they'd like to see changed.
