I have been working at CUNY (City University of New York) full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

In my experience, people get along really well at CUNY. The work atmosphere is relaxed, though you are always accountable for your work. If you get your work done, expect that you'll be treated kindly and with great flexibility.

    Cons

Sometimes it feels as though being in a support role lacks enough challenge. You have a specific set of responsibilities, and going above and beyond that is not always met with the recognition that it sometimes deserves.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep challenging employees with new tasks, and ensure that those tasks are engaging and interesting for the individual.
