    I have been working at CVS Health full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    time off and vacation are ok

    Cons

    Micromanaged, over worked, payroll cuts to where there is a lose lose situation. You cannot take care of customers like they should be, make the numbers so the big man gets a "bigger" bonus, make senior management happy in any way shape or form and then get in trouble over using the "green sheets" that is generated by corporate that gives you the hours you can use weekly, getting complained to about the normal workload is falling behind on a daily basis. Payroll cuts that affect offered help/walked to item (which we get graded on every survey) when the manager on duty has to cut hours to the point where there is NO regular cashier to assist with long lines as well as one on one assisting customers. These are the metrics in which the Store Manager gets rated on weekly/monthly that affects any sort of bonus you might get...IF you meet everything else which is totally impossible.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Giving the appropriate time to stores and management to treat customers how they should be..not only when there is a call out and an hour or two is available but every day all day , properly training staff and making sure there is hours allotted to do so if this company is to be what corporate wants and expects.
