    Excellent, hard working and dedicated employees. Teams are very supportive. Play the game and you can get ahead.


    Careful, 'bait and switch' tactics are/have been used and once discovered are not rectified - given the opportunity. Prior research on questions that uncover this tactic during your interview will help.
    -No balance between work/family provided.
    -Work from home is an option for some, not all employees- depends on manager.
    -Overworked employees and lack of proper/responsive resources to accomplish projects/tasks is a pervasive issue. -% Cap on salary upon hire travels with you, regardless of later promotion.

    Advice to Management

    The process of hiring is expensive and time consuming. You lose a lot of money baiting a candidate you deem a 'good fit' for the position in your company (Scottsdale) when it is discovered that the job and expectations do not fit what was discussed in the interview. A 'good' and loyal employee will take their experience and valuable skill set elsewhere and fast, once the true nature of the environment and job are discovered. Fix the internal issues by more than just having the employees complete the Engagement Survey and it won't be necessary for management to bait and switch to hire and retain good employees.
