    Bountiful Information to learn Learn on all aspects of IT Over 500 clients to manage with various technlogies Great atmosphere with very great employees


    Stressful and overwhelming ticket count Easy to get in trouble with management when not following numerous procedures Inadequate and weak training when joining job Poor Management Disorganized at times when dealing with critical clients

    Advice to Management

    Pay attention to creating a standardized and outlined set of rules and procedures that every employee is liable. No preference and bias judgement based on experience.
