Current Employee - Cage Supervisor in Cleveland, OH

I have been working at Caesars Entertainment full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    A fun fast paced environment.
A lot of room for advancement.
    Great benefits.

    Cons

Be prepared to work every holiday, and weekend, No one has off on Saturdays
If you are feeling down you could be written up for not being upbeat.
    Cut-throat business.
ALWAYS being on camera, even during break

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Bring more humanity to the lower levels. All of upper-management has off on the same days. This means meetings are always on certain days which leads to many people consistently working 6 days a week. Look at your busy days. Saturday's off are ok.
