A tight group of employees. The product itself is fantastic. One of the top quartz companies in the world.
As a former employee, it was hard to break through the tight group of employees who have been working there for 10+ years. I also saw some unfair practices of employees who have been there for that long and fired for no apparent reason. No training for growth within the company.
Advice to Management
Be more proactive for the growth of new employees. When I worked there, wins weren't celebrated. Just higher expectations were placed on sales.
