I have been working at California Psychcare full-time (More than a year)
Working with the kiddos and families is the most rewarding work I have done outside of my military career.
Travel time counts as total hours worked per day and if you go over, unless it is approved in advance by the director, you are NOT getting your OT even though you may have worked the hours. Without your Masters and a BCBA you are stuck at entry level forever.
Advice to Management
Travel time should not count against hours worked, period, unless they are being paid at the same rate as the direct billed service is paid.
