    Pros

    CallSource began with a great vision in CallTracking. Some Managers were great team players and examples.
    Vision was clear for customers

    Cons

    Technology has fallen behind and too many new products were promised that never came to fruition.
    Poor company culture and unhappy employees due to unqualified managers.
    Constant management turnover looking to make changes to improve company, but end up hurting the company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Find a leader with clear focus and directions of the company to execute.
    Find well qualified managers that treat people with respect.
    Invest in training and respecting your employees so they are happy and perform better.
