I worked at Calsoft Labs full-time for more than a year

    Pros

There are no pro's instead I would say this is no company to consider.
    Employees can't trust this company.

    Cons

    They don't do dependent visas
They don't even bear dependent flight expenses.
    They have very few clients.
If client project is over, then they don't even pay for a single day.
Very dangerous trusting them, please search other companies.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you go greedy about money, you can't retain employees. All you can get is only left over.

    Doesn't Recommend
