I have been working at Camber (More than 5 years)

Camber employees are a tight knit group of people that have been tried by fire.

Camber recently went through an organization leadership change. Since they have came into "power", Camber has laid of close to 200 employees using the guise of "right sizing the business". More layoffs to come to make sure that the new leadership maximizes its profit upon selling Camber (which will probably happen in the next two years). There is no future here. You will not be promoted and you will be overlooked for any promotions. In addition, there is no mentoring or training program here. No growth. There has also been talk of doing away with our benefits package to generate more profit for leadership.

    Advice to Management

Communicate with us. What are you doing to company that was once a wonderful place to work at? Offer us training and mentoring. Why would anyone want to work for a company that doesn't offer any self betterment options?
