Current Employee - Nope in Houston, TX

I have been working at Camden Property as an intern for more than 10 years

Company has lots of benefits, decent pay, paid holidays, company events and fun activities. Sometimes out to eat on company dollar, including alcohol.

Where to start...Politics plays a huge role in the corporate office. If you are not a current manager onsite good luck getting into corporate, unless you want to work in the call center. They seem to lean towards hiring Women since most people in the corporate office are women. If you have a degree and experience it doesnt matter, they'll pick someone who has less experience and no degree just because they know that person. They like to steal ideas from the younger employees and give no credit where due
