    Pros

Cameron is a great company for new graduates, and those seeking a secure career. There is a training program or guidepath for almost all professional aspects of the company, and lots of training is available for development. Benefits are competitive with the Industry.

    Cons

The company is starting to lose some of its great attributes as it gets larger, it is becoming less about how you can help each other to make a better product and more "how can I get ahead". I've also heard that the pay isn't at the same level as competitors, but I can't verify that personally. The pay, accompanied by the aforementioned issue, is making a lot of great engineers look elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

Focus more on retaining the proven employees you have rather than hiring those that look good on paper.
