    Advancement if you work hard and do what's required. Good benefits and working environment. My managers and supervisors were crucial to my advancement through the ranks.


    Some time life and work balance is not there. You get pressure to ensure the job is completed for month, quarter and year end, even if the customer doesn't want to have it shipped early. Meeting or exceeding the commuted numbers at all costs at times.

    Advice to Management

    Promoting from within when possible should be a priority not an after thought. When some upper management visits the sites they are so arrogant it almost makes you want to leave. Stay humble and you will get more respect. The management I am referring to are not local or the ones that came up through the company but high end new hires that really believe they know it all.
