    I have been working at Campbell Mithun full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    Campbell Mithun has historically been a solid place to work. The people are smart, compassionate and really care about clients' business. The media department is second to none. The production team is very professional, great at problem-solving, and moves mountains on a regular basis.

    Cons

    Management has a tough job of digging the agency out of a hole. The agency was allowed to languish for too long and was very slow to embrace digital beyond web development. Paid digital media, analytics and social media have come very late. That said, not sure that current management really understands what's needed. Feels like they're trying to make it a Fallon clone, and that's not likely to work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Find the sweet spot between what made the agency great in the past and leverage it for the future. Don't try to make it over in Fallon's image - only Fallon can truly be Fallon.
