I have been working at Camping World full-time (Less than a year)
Everyone is always super nice to each other and the pay isnt bad for the amount of work we have to do. The Management is structured for the most part and the place is always looking to help its employees.
There is very little to no training in anything you apply for. You're thrown immediately into the fray and are expected to produce at an inhuman rate. The hours are ridiculous and some of the rules need to be rethought- Service advisors cannot leave their desk to get updates unless its before 9am or after 4pm... Even being previously trained in my position (with a different company) its still overwhelming.
Advice to Management
Train your employees correctly instead of replacing them when they get overwhelmed and your business will strive
