I worked at Cancer Genetics full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The company showed much promise initially, after getting to know the staff and directors, i've learned otherwise.

    Cons

The only individuals that are happy there are those who have the PHD's and Directors. The lower level employees are not happy and are not treated fairly or with respect. The degree doesn't make the person nor does it prove dedication to the field.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Trust your employees, have relevant staff to produce the work that is expected and don't blame everything on the lower level staff that bust their behinds all day for the pennies offered.
