I worked at Capita full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Whilst ITS has a lot of drawbacks it has some really good staff, an excellent working atmosphere, and a good work/life balance.

    Cons

Sadly the organisation has almost no direction, or confidence it can deliver (perhaps rightly). Whilst some parts of the Capita Group are experts in their field, ITS tries to rely on good people and then hope they’ll muddle through. From my experience no two projects are ever run the same way, and no lessons learnt. The top of the hierarchy suffers frequent major reorganisations without ever seeming to change anything and as a result ITS haemorrhages the very staff they've only recently recruited. In addition raises are rare and bonuses a mythical beast which few have ever seen.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to retain some staff, focus on what ITS does well, and outsource the rest!
