I worked at Capstone Logistics full-time (more than an year)

Automany of duties to a certain extent. Experience with some clients made the effort worthwhile. HR team was great at resolving issues. Documentation was good enough to run the site.

Stress. This is not a 40 hour / week job. Depends on the size, but minimum 60 hours a week. The company was actively removing supervisor positions which creates issues in assisting other sites. Pay is another big issue; they are not willing to reduce their contribution margin in regions that have low unemployment or competitive environments. This does not allow a manager to hire good, stable talent, which creates huge issues in operations and safety training.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reduce reliance on sub par directors. Pay to play: if safety is an issue, pay for people who care about their jobs.
