    Immediate supervisor. Being a company everyone knows everyone and they do not micro-manage anyone.


    Seems that more interested in the stock holders than the front line employees who do the work, the behind the scenes employees are forgotten. Wages are low, overtime is gone and more work is piling up as the worker bee's try to do more with less

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't hurt the company with pulling back hours on the worker bees. It is hard to help bring in new business and keep the exsisting business when you will not allow departments to complete their work. Let these employees that are loyal hard working and support your sales staff have the hours.
