I have been working at Cardone Industries full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Inspiring leadership. Servant mentality. Flex work hours. Mostly everyone is nice and friendly and most managers have open door policy.

    Cons

Company has been transforming for some years now. Instead of right-sizing, they have focused on down-sizing. Wrong people in wrong areas are doing jobs that should be done in a more streamlined fashion, resulting in clog. Atmosphere is of constant fear of losing one's job with the new software's costly implementation as company spent the money it did not have. Layoffs are common and come down without much warning.

    Advice to Management

Before hiring people, see if the job can be done by existing employees. Also budget the positions out. Don't promote people based on personality but rather their skills.
