I have been working at CareCloud full-time (More than a year)
Let's not sugar coat it, CareCloud deserves many of the mixed reviews below but the future is looking bright. The company has faced challenges in the past, but the current executive team seems to be making considerable improvements. It's not easy to make the jump from a start-up to a mature organization without some growing pains. A renewed dedication to putting employees and clients first, improved benefits and a focus on product stability, has helped put CareCloud back on track. There are still some challenges, but the company is on the right path and the future is promising. Recent management team changes have made noticeable improvements both internally and externally. A renewed energy and focus on improving culture, internal communication and rewarding hard working employees is refreshing. The employees are really what makes CareCloud shine and one of the reasons I remain invested in the company.
Past decisions and product mishaps have left many with a negative impression. A lack of trust in employees, no commitment to career development and an absence of women in senior positions is troubling. The board and management team are aware of the lack of female executives and are committed to rectifying this glowing issue.
Advice to Management
Continue to listen to employees and clients to help guide change and growth. Stay dedicated to putting them first and they will guide you to success. Continue to work on product stability and stay true to the vision of the product and industry needs. Listen to employees and invest in their future - improved career development/training and growth opportunities. There is still plenty work to be done, but now is the time to turn the corner and make a fresh start.
