    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at CareersUSA full-time (More than a year)

    - Ability to learn the talent acquisition / recruiting industry from the bottom up. - Build recruiting skills. - Learn to cold-call and source candidates. - Turned what I learned with them into a real corporate HR job making double. - VP of Operations is great.

I was in a Management position for 2.5 years..... None of this is a lie. - The CEO - She is evil - Management sucks. - Low pay. - Poor benefits - Commission plans are terrible. - Yes it is true, the CEO has access to your mailbox and they read everything you send. - Yes you need to do the same reports that they require but do not read then beat you with emails about the information you just provided them. - Yes it is 80% sales and 20% recruiting. - Yes a ton of turn over.

    Advice to Management

CEO has got to go! Create a real commission structure. Pay people what they are worth. Less micromanaging.
