I worked at Carhartt full-time (more than 5 years)

Great Benefits. PTO is higher then average. Bonus at end of year. Work Life balance in IT is VERY good. Work from home available. Able to work with up and coming technologies. Training available for your job.

Job advancement. Career path is not laid out to you, or even really known by managers. Salary is below normal for the job market. Some IT managers seem to take care of their people while others do not. Favorites seem to get preferential treatment. Promotions to people of less than a year for ambiguous reasons.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management seems to know what it is doing. For the most part Carhartt is very employee focused. Keep up the good work, don't forget about the people that make you, the management, look good.

(Or in Carhartt lingo:) I score you at a 1.9. I see you are trying, but if you keep this up we may need to place you on a PIP.
