I worked at Carr Workplaces full-time (More than a year)

Perfect for out of college. They cover your fee for great networking events. You can gain understanding of various industries through client interaction. Theres plenty of data entry for those interested. Benefits package is pretty amazing so thats the only reason for 2 stars there. Make the most out of the first 6 months to a 1 year and then leave quick!

Unless your spouse and/or significant other already works at corporate, you aren't going to move up. They take a huge preference to couples and accommodate them the most. Also, programs and software are rolled out well before any training is provided. Not to mention, manager support is almost non-existent, being left on your own to manage a center is not uncommon.

    Advice to Management

Invest your efforts into the employees you hire and then forget about. Also, hosting a call for one hour when introducing new procedures and programs isn't suffice. Lastly, the amount of compensation offered is absurd. Its obvious now that you take advantage of wide-eyed college kids looking to progress only to label them with a number 1-4.
