    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start paying your employees more especially the ones that have been loyal for long periods of times. It is great to be customer service-focused but don't focus so much on unnecessary interior upgrades ($10k trash cans really??) and offering new services too quickly at the expense of your employees who are already stretched thin, due understaffed centers and lack of true compensation.
