Flexible work hours. Fun environment. Fast-paced. Employees are friendly. Great customer interaction.
Poor management structure. Little room for advancement. Corporate structure needs improvement. Management needs to be more proactive and cohesive with one another.
Advice to Management
Keep trying guys. As of now, management on the front lines and the middle management do little to help one another and provide structure for their stores. It's a shame that there are so many poor managers working for this company. Many think it's a "cake job", but for those who want to excel and make positive changes struggle with managerial friction and resistance to change. Some employees truly have the potential to excel as well, but the majority of management don't care enough to work with those people. It's really a sad thing to see multiple units deals with such simple, avoidable issues that they allow to grow into huge problems...
