    Pros

    Cartus has a strong executive leadership team, and the company has an outstanding culture and value ideology. People who work hard are rewarded, and there are numerous growth opportunities available to those who EARN them and stand out from the crowd (this quality has improved in recent years). Most key processes and company objectives are Six Sigma-driven, and the technology infrastructure is the best in the industry. Benefits and PTO are top notch. The Irving, Texas office has a dynamic that truly feels like family.

    Cons

    It is difficult to "know your neighborhood" given the large size of the company. Different departments have a tendency to work against each other, which ultimately impacts the relocating customers. Revenue trumps service, as evidenced by low staffing in Operations with high caseloads. Compensation is below industry competitors. The company relies too heavily on temporary staff in the busy spring/summer months, and this steers away strong talent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Reestablish a bonus structure for front-line consultants. They deserve it.
