Exceptional customer service training. Work without your direct supervisor there most of the time. Set your own environment and pace and allows you the time to really get to know your customers and employees on a personal level.
This is a numbers and performance based job. Therefore, if your numbers aren't good, they look at your performance. If your performance isn't top notch, they let you go. You MUST provide exceptional customer service. That is the number one factor in keeping your job. Which to some, like me, comes very easy!
Advice to Management
Focus more on the positives and what great qualities people have, vs focusing on the negative so much.
