I have been working at Cash Store full-time for more than a year

The hours are better than you'll find anywhere else and the pay is excellent considering the amount of work you ACTUALLY do. This is the closest balance of home/work life you will find these days. Paid holidays. Sundays off. EXCELLENT Customer service and hospitality training!! Contrary to the negative reviews, this company has no spite. If you lose your job it's because of something you did and didn't take any initiative to correct it or were simply not doing your job. I've not met a single "Fake" person yet. This company may be number focused but where would numbers come from without employees to reach out and get them. I would say job security is a pro because you get just enough pressure to keep you on your toes but not so much that you don't want to work there.

Demands can be stressful so learning how to leave work at work is a must. Managing your stress is also a key factor. There are 5-10 days a month that you don't feel like you will meet your positions expectations. But in all actuality, if you do your job its not that hard. The down time can make it very easy to become complacent but as long as you have a good work ethic you will find that busy vs. slow balances out. Reaching expected numbers can be hard sometimes. But taking the advice you are given from upper management will help you more than you think. Constructive criticism comes often with good intention and being open to it will help you achieve your goals.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The only advice I could give, which is just my opinion, is too find the employees that have passion for their work and respect where they would be without a decent paying job. This isn't "my job" this is MY career. And if more employees had that attitude the happier they would be.
