I have been working at Casino Arizona full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

You can make good money pretty quickly. If you are lucky enough to be full-time the benefits are not too bad. They keep taking more and more away every year but compared to other companies the benefits aren't bad. You also have the opportunity to have your education paid for.

    Cons

ABSOLUTELY no consistency in management. One thing is acceptable to one manager, but when it comes to another its not allowed. Management doesn't communicate to each other at all. The morale keeps going down every year because the employees aren't being listened to or appreciated. Unfortunately, if you have a family life kiss that goodbye cause they don't offer a good work/life balance. I have only seen the new CEO once...he doesn't walk around and introduce himself to employees. It seems like he is too high on the totem pole to speak to lower level employees. Last but not least, there is so much DRAMA! Its like being in high school again.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees! Offer a better work/life balance and morale will go up!
