    Pros

good and worthy cause if youre a rich woman CEO who wants to sit on a board. coworkers are very passionate and most are kind and full of knowledge, except some people act as if they are curing cancer and not making wealthy women more wealthy. a few recent EC resignations are good, that should help move us past the drama.

    Cons

-bad management. executives are not really executives and it shows.
-keep bad employees on board too long, takes morale away from hard workers. they dont like to admit when they hired bad and get rid of the employees. some are very useless and yet work here for 20 years.
-tech is really far behind the times
-leadership is too involved in day to day tasks, its as if they dont trust who they have hired. a ton of red tape for an organization so small.
-a lot of emotional managing, cant get past personal likes and dislikes, gives the notion that women cant make business decisions credence.
-some really horrible behaviors are acceptable by some and not by others, seems as if there are 'chosen' employees who are allowed to be nasty to people and get promoted, and also some who are given jobs and responsibilities they are not fit for nor are they excelling in at all.
-they say they are listening to us employees and what we want, but that doesn't seem to be translating in policy or process. they seem clueless.
-some hiring decisions and promotions make no sense.
-theyve been told time and again about dead weight, but it never goes away.
-with the positive EC resignations, they then stick two people on the EC who make no sense. one person who is just a terrible person and manager and another who is meek as can be and won't stand up for anything. more of the same i guess. may be time to start sending the resume out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

take business 101 classes, some of you arent fit to manage a day calendar, let alone a company that employes 100 people.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
