I worked at Catalyst Public Relations full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

This PR agency has quality clients, challenging work, and a good balance of office work and travel. They are open to letting employees transfer between offices, which is a plus if you would like a change.

    Cons

The company culture is challenge, like most agencies. There are a lot of long hours and "fire drills" for clients. The benefits are quite bad, in terms of health insurance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Put a little more focus on their employees
