I have never seen a place with so much favoritism, backstabbing and brown nosing in my life.

Fast paced, Lots of learning potential.
Equipment is usually up to date.
    MD's are willing to listen
There are some really good people working there that are caring and compationate.

Favoritism, backstabbing, unfairness and lazy people. There are to many chiefs and not enough indians. They dont have a clue of who is a good employee and who is'nt. They seem to have the backstabbers and tatlle tails in higher management, so high school.

    Advice to Management

Try some fairness across the bored. Stop the tattling on people it is not elem school.
Team work would work if you get rid of the mean people out to get others.
