    I have been working at Celergo


    No pros is observed. I really don't see any pros with this company. None.


    1) No training opportunities for new hire.
    2) Management are afraid of smart and knowledgeable employees.
    3) No career growth and prospects.
    4) Put employees in bondage.
    5) No liberty for employees.
    6) Employees can't speak their minds.
    Will Never, Ever want to work in this place again.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Change their ways. Stop the intimidation of employees. Stop the micro management. Stop the lies and deception. Stop the act of insighting fears on the employees. Give the employees a break. Stop the bullying.
