    Pros

    Group of reps were good people.

    Cons

    Too many to really list, but charge-offs to your sales record when a customer had the phone and paid for the phone for 51/2 months? Really?
    Numerous lawsuits against the company by former and current employees.

    Advice to Management

    Practice what you preach. Sales people throwing phones at people that can't afford them is good for you, because you take all the commission back when the customer gives up on Verizon's service. You tell us not to toss phones that way, but you reward the people that do with better shifts and praise. They invariably start getting checks with over half their commissions gone to charge-offs and the praise meant what to them, while you profit.
