Want to increase professional appearance of industry.Cons
Deceitful management. Seemingly pleasant and customer service-focused culture disguises crooked sales practices and disposability of employees. No regard for work/life balance. Employees expected to travel between stores which can be SIGNIFICANT. No reimbursement for travel expenses.
Cellular Sales often charges more than other retailers and even CREATE fees such as "smartphone setup fee." While not everyone charges said fees, those associates that do are applauded. While I support paying for quality service, I don't support charging based on someone's ignorance or the depths of their pockets.
Cellular Sales is ALWAYS hiring for a reason. DON'T DRINK THE KOOL-AID.

If you want to decrease turnover and avoid making the news for fraudulent practices (happened prior to 2010), improve transparency.Doesn't Recommend
