    I have been working at Centene


    It's a very good company. People work well together, and the work you do is worthwhile. The job I have is challenging and interesting.


    Salary and increases are minimal.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Do what it takes to keep your best employees. I like to think that progress = old employees - new employees - emergencies. Cut down on the "we need it now" mentality and spend a little more time planning out new services before selling them, and yet I'm not sure this is a totally fair assessment in that sales drives business and needs drives the work we do to meet the needs, and sometimes pressure and tight deadlines can be a normal cost of doing good business. For that, I greatly appreciate our senior management!
