I have been working at Center Parcs full-time (Less than a year)

the pay if okay the benefits : 20% off all shops and restaurants (min spend of £5) free use of pool, gym and spa 60% off a holiday when you've worked with the company for 6 months, then 25% off all other holidays booked there free day passes

YOU'RE TOO TIRED TO USE ANY OF THE BENEFITS Managers are rude and expect too much too quickly. Staff can also be very rude (even if you're at the same level), making it an uncomfortable working environment. no work/life balance because you're worked so hard on impossible shifts that on your days off all you want to do is stay in bed and watch tv. People tend to stay in the same role forever with no sign of promotion. In the induction you're made to believe that Center Parcs is one big welcoming family - it's not..

    Advice to Management

    Don't be so rude
