I worked at Center for International Private Enterprise full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    - Intelligent coworkers at the program officer and program assistant levels who are experts in their fields
    - Good health benefits
    - Will sponsor your education

    Cons

    - Management treats staff poorly
    - Mid-level and lower-level staff, while very intelligent, are miserable
    - Org is unknown, so the name won't help you when you leave
    - High attrition remains unacknowledged by management and HR

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Low morale always stems from the principal.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
