    Pros

The doctors and techs are wonderful to work with. For the most part, the reps are okay too (although is very cliquey).

    Cons

This place is so poorly managed. It has a very high turn-over rate. There is no real training program and it seems like HR is a mess - there is a real lack of communication in that department making it very frustrating to get things done. There is a consensus among the reps that HR is pretty useless - you have to figure everything out on your own.

This is a company started by doctors and while they certainly know what they're doing, they have seemingly outsourced the business aspect to someone who doesn't to the greatest job at it. For what it's worth, this company has existed for almost a decade, yet the people who have been there the longest have been there for a whopping 2 years. What does that say to you? Something is clearly not functioning properly if people are leaving all the time.

Because the reps get to be on their own and if they reach their sales goals - they don't have to clock in for that period - many of them take advantage of this and leave early on days when they don't have meetings. It's like people do the bare minimum that they need to get by. Maybe that's just the way it goes in outside sales though when you're kind of running your own show without someone constantly breathing down your back. I don't know how they could make people more efficient.

It's amazing how poorly run this place is - it's just a revolving door of people constantly coming and going and it's exhausting.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have a set training program with guidelines that are the same all across the board. Fire upper management and bring in someone who is hands-on with training and someone with higher standards who will hire people who will stay for more than a few months at a time.
